Three threads of my career converge in Tenway.
Operator. At 21, I opened a branch for a top-3 FMCG distributor in Kazakhstan from zero. Eight years later it ran 150 people and peaked at $1M/month. After that, ten verticals — FMCG, logistics, food service, healthcare, education, marketplaces. I learned what makes a team work and what makes one quietly fail.
Coach. ICC-certified in 2020. Full PCC-level training, 100+ paid sessions, mostly with founders and operators. I learned what good coaching looks like — and what most AI “coaches” get wrong.
Builder. Returned to software full-time in 2021 as CTO at Guscom. Earlier in 2026 I shipped two AI products before this one — Planity (YouTube production pipeline for expert teams) and a confidential client product (patent filed, $600 first-day revenue).
I built Tenway because I needed it. Solo founder working with my own AI on a project nobody else was touching. Productive. Lonely.
The AI is great. It's not the same as 9 humans who know what you're building.

While we form your Ten, the product already works for you. Daily check-ins, first wins, AI coach active in solo mode.

Email with 9 names, their superpowers, your captain. Activity feed turns on. First monthly cycle starts.

Daily check-ins. Public wins. Monthly review with AI. Cycle ends, next Ten forms — informed by what worked in yours.
Tenway learns. Anonymous peer feedback at end-of-cycle improves the matching algorithm. We track which combinations of superpowers, languages, communication styles, and goals produce the best outcomes — measured by wins logged, streaks maintained, and voluntary cycle renewals.
We never show you what others said about you. You see only your own data: your patterns, your peaks, your gaps. The algorithm sees the rest, anonymized.
This is compounding compatibility. Cycle 100 of Tenway will match better than cycle 10. Cycle 10 will match better than cycle 1.

Universal access works for everyone — we provide a coaching prompt you paste into any AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, even local models). Pro adds direct MCP for Claude and Gemini users where it's simpler.
Reads your goals, your daily check-ins, your wins, your Ten context. Asks the questions a thoughtful peer would ask. Helps you spot patterns, blockers, energy leaks. Suggests next-week focus.
What it doesn't do: tell you what to feel. Pretend to be your friend. Generate fake validation. The coach is calibrated against toxic positivity.
Slack communities don't know your goals. AI bots don't know your Ten.
Tenway is one system where your AI coach has structural access to both — your private context and your Ten's activity — through one protocol.

Yes. Tenway works in EN and RU. Tens form within language groups. Online-first by default. Payment in regional currency (activation by jurisdiction varies).
Coach session transcripts are NULL by default. We store only structured outcomes (insights, action items, mood assessment).
We never show you what others said about you in peer feedback. Peer feedback feeds the algorithm anonymously.
EU GDPR + Russian 152-ФЗ + 54-ФЗ compliant. Data resident in Frankfurt (EU users) with separate РФ residency for ИП-bound users.
Yes. Departure protocol preserves your wins history and TW balance. Empty slot fills via matching queue or marks the cycle “complete short” if late in cycle. Your data stays yours.
